LEGAL
The terms, in plain words.
Terms and conditions, the acceptable use policy, and how we handle your data. The summaries below are a guide — the full documents govern the service.
Terms & conditions
What we provide, what you pay, and how either side ends the agreement. Billing periods run yearly, quarterly or monthly by package.
Acceptable use policy
What may and may not run on shared hosting: no bulk unsolicited mail, no illegal content, no processes that starve other sites on the server.
Privacy
The account and billing details we hold, why we hold them, and the fact that we do not sell them to anyone.
SUMMARIES
The points people ask about
Hosting is charged in advance for the billing period of your package — yearly for Tungsten, quarterly for Copper and Silver, monthly for Gold, Platinum and Rhodium. Invoices are issued before the period starts.
The registration stays yours and can be transferred to another provider. The free renewal only applies while the hosting package that included it is active.
Bulk unsolicited mail, illegal or infringing content, and scripts that consume enough CPU or memory to affect other sites on the server. We contact you before suspending anything wherever that is possible.
You do. We store and serve it, and we do not claim any right to it. You are responsible for holding the licences to what you publish.
Account, contact and billing details, plus the server logs needed to run and secure the service. We do not sell your details, and we share them only where the law requires it.
These summaries are for orientation. Ask us for the full terms and conditions, acceptable use policy and privacy notice before you order.
